Seriously, did you have to ask? I never really thought about creating a blog or website, but early on in my YouTube video making several people reached out to me and asked if I could post the ingredients in the video descriptions or someplace else that was easy to print. I guess people were skipping around the videos trying to find the right measurements. (Sorry guys!) : P |
I was originally posting my videos with the ingredients listed at the end, but when you have a long list of ingredients and spices (like for Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup or Taiwanese Oyster Omelettes) it was becoming a pain for me to type those out. Sadly, YouTube and my video editing software made it hard to format and to make the ingredients look nice and easy to read on paper.
| So I said to myself, I'll one day start a blog and type all this out once so it will be easy for people to print and share these recipes. Finally! One day is here. I really hope you guys enjoy my recipes and videos. It's been a lot of work but I'm having fun doing this. Enjoy~ PS. Help me out if you can. If you see any typos, spelling errors, please shoot me a note and let me know. I may have spent a few too many late nights trying to make this site. : ) |
