This month, the Albertsons Safeway family of stores is hosting a national "Hunger Is" campaign.

The program helps to raise awareness and funds that will help hungry children and their families through local food banks.

This month, I'm supporting the Hunger Is campaign by shopping at my local Safeway and making a purchase of a participating product.

I was so excited to see PF Chang's Home Menu meals were a participating product in this campaign.

I love eating at PF Chang's restaurants and their frozen take home meals are a great way to whip up a weeknight meal when you have limited time.  Not to mention they taste great!

Over the weekend, I stopped by my local Safeway and picked up some PF Chang's Orange Chicken and Mini Egg Rolls to have handy for when I just don't have time to cook a meal from scratch.
